FAQ

Can I change the colours and the type?: Yes, and it is designed for it: each template is built on a short list of colours and two typefaces. Swapping them takes an hour, not a redesign.
What if none of them fits?: Tell me what you sell and how. These templates cover the common cases; a bespoke layout is still possible, it simply costs more.
Who writes the copy?: You, if you would rather — nobody knows your trade better. Otherwise I start from an hour-long interview and hand you a first draft to correct.
Do I need professional photos?: They make more difference than anything else on this kind of site. Your own can work if they are sharp and well lit; if not, half a day with a photographer beats another page of text.
Is the site mine?: Yes. The code, the domain and the hosting credentials are in your name. Nothing has to be subscribed to for the site to stay online.
How long does it take?: A week between signing off the quote and going live, if the copy and photos are ready. That is almost always what sets the pace.
